Summer Cocktail Class Recipes — Summer 2025

Tropical Escapes, Bright Citrus & Patio Season Favourites

Summer 2025 Cocktail Classes at Reid’s Distillery celebrated everything we love about summer cocktails — refreshing citrus, tropical fruit, vibrant colours, and easy-drinking recipes perfect for warm weather gatherings. As our seasonal cocktail program continued to grow, this summer’s class focused on approachable techniques, bold flavours, and creative presentations that guests could recreate at home all season long.

This lineup highlighted the versatility of Reid’s Signature, Citrus, and Spiced Gins through cocktails inspired by tropical vacations, fresh summer fruit, and patio-friendly classics. Guests explored techniques like balancing sweetness with acidity, working with textured ingredients like coconut milk, and creating elevated garnishes and rims for a professional cocktail finish.

From spicy mango margarita-inspired flavours to sparkling strawberry citrus and creamy island-inspired cocktails, Summer 2025 delivered some of our most refreshing seasonal recipes yet.
