Fall Cocktail Class Recipes — Fall 2025

Cozy Cocktails, Rich Flavours & Seasonal Sips

As the weather cooled and the holiday season approached, our Fall 2025 Cocktail Classes at Reid’s Distillery embraced rich seasonal flavours, warm spice notes, and comforting cocktail styles perfect for autumn gatherings and winter celebrations.

Running from October through January, this seasonal menu focused on balancing tart fruit, warming botanicals, espresso, and spice-forward flavours while continuing to build on the creative seasonal cocktail experiences our guests have come to love. This class introduced techniques like dirty pours with crushed ice, balancing citrus with berry and apple flavours, and refining classic shaken cocktails with elevated presentation.

From crisp apple and berry flavours to colourful cosmopolitans and rich espresso cocktails, Fall 2025 highlighted the versatility of Reid’s Signature, Citrus, and Spiced Gins in a lineup designed for cozy cocktail season.


Apple Berry Smash

A refreshing fall cocktail layered with apple, berry, and warming spice notes.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Reid’s Signature Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Apple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Chambord
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Rocks Glass with King Cube

Garnish

Dehydrated apple

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake thoroughly until chilled.
  3. Strain over a king cube in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.

Amethyst Cosmopolitan

A vibrant seasonal twist on the classic cosmopolitan with citrus and cranberry flavours.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Reid’s Citrus Gin
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao

Dirty Pour with Crushed Ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Dirty pour into a coupe glass filled with crushed ice.

Spiced Espresso Martini

A rich and smooth espresso cocktail featuring warm spice notes from Reid’s Spiced Gin.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Reid’s Spiced Gin
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 1 oz Kahlúa

Martini Glass

Garnish

Seasonal garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain into a martini glass.
  4. Finish with a seasonal garnish.

By combining comforting flavours, festive presentation, and hands-on bartending techniques, this seasonal lineup captured the warmth and atmosphere of fall and winter cocktail season at Reid’s Distillery.
