Spring Cocktail Class Recipes — Spring 2025

Fresh Citrus, Floral Notes & Bright Seasonal Cocktails

Spring 2025 brought a fresh and vibrant energy to our seasonal Cocktail Classes at Reid’s Distillery. After introducing rotating seasonal menus in 2024, spring became the perfect opportunity to highlight lighter flavours, floral ingredients, fresh citrus, and approachable cocktail techniques inspired by the transition into warmer weather.

This season’s cocktail lineup focused on balance — combining refreshing acidity, fruit-forward flavours, herbaceous garnishes, and subtle sweetness while continuing to showcase the versatility of Reid’s Signature, Citrus, and Spiced Gins.

From cherry-forward sours to tropical citrus blends and floral thyme-infused cocktails, Spring 2025 celebrated the bright, refreshing flavours that define the season.
