Cozy Seasonal Cocktails to Warm Up the Winter Months
As our seasonal Cocktail Classes continued to evolve through 2024, winter gave us the opportunity to lean into rich spices, warming flavours, and festive cocktail styles perfect for the colder months. After introducing rotating seasonal menus earlier in the year, guests embraced the chance to experience new recipes and techniques with every class — making Winter 2024 one of our most flavourful lineups yet.
This winter menu focused on comforting ingredients like cranberry, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, mulled spices, and citrus, while showcasing the versatility of Reid’s Signature, Spiced, and Citrus Gins. Guests explored balancing seasonal sweetness with acidity, creating layered syrup profiles, and refining shaking and garnish techniques.
From a festive Spiced Cosmopolitan to a rich and aromatic Complicated Gimlet, these cocktails captured the warmth and character of winter cocktail season at Reid’s Distillery.
