A Romantic Evening of Cocktails, Chemistry & Botanical Spirits
For Valentine’s Day 2025, we created one of our most immersive and visually inspired Cocktail Classes yet — Botanical Chemistry: A Valentine’s Mixology Class.
Designed as a playful and romantic experience, this special edition class blended floral flavours, dramatic presentations, and interactive cocktail techniques into an unforgettable evening at Reid’s Distillery.
Inspired by the “chemistry” behind both cocktails and connection, guests explored how botanicals, citrus, sweetness, aromatics, and presentation all work together to create balanced and memorable drinks. From cocktail caviar and flavoured fog to dry ice garnishes and vibrant colours, this class focused on theatrical cocktail techniques while remaining approachable and fun for everyone attending.
Each cocktail was designed to feel like part of the experience — romantic, expressive, and full of Valentine’s Day energy.
