What's inside: A set of 1 oz bottles of classic Middleton's bitters flavours that work across whisky, gin, rum and vodka.
Try it in:
- Classic Old Fashioned: 2 oz bourbon, ¼ oz simple syrup, 3 dashes bitters. Stir over ice and garnish with orange peel and a cherry.
- Manhattan: 2 oz rye, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes bitters. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
- Whiskey Sour: 2 oz whisky, ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, 2 dashes bitters. Shake with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
In the kitchen: Add a few drops to vanilla ice cream, brownie batter, vinaigrettes or maple syrup for pancakes.
