A spiced gin with a heart of cardamom, clove and cassia. Hints of ginger and szechuan complement peppery myrica gale foraged in Canada. 

GIN-GIN MULE

• 1/2 oz lime juice
  
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 3-4 mint leaves muddled
• 1.5 oz Reid's Spiced Gin
• 3-5 oz Ginger Beer

shake lime, syrup & Spiced Gin with muddled mint leaves and ice - strain into a tall glass with ice and top with Ginger Beer and mint garnish - give a quick stir and enjoy!
