COCKTAIL RECOMENDATION: SHERRY CANARY

• 1 oz simple syrup (50:50 = sugar:water)
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz fino sherry
• 1.5 oz Reid's Citrus Gin

shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass with ice - garnish with lemon peel or dehydrated citrus
