Middleton's Bitters Orange Cranberry bitters is the definition of a classic comfort flavour. Tang and sweet come together with the combined flavours of oranges and cranberries. Infused with notes of cinnamon and clove, this combination will add the perfect zest to your sangria, mimosa or simple vodka cocktail. Use Orange Cranberry bitters in your next batch of muffins to add a little spice!

Flavour notes: Zesty orange, tart cranberry, warm cinnamon and clove.

Try it in:

• Cranberry Citrus Old Fashioned: 2 oz bourbon, ¼ oz simple syrup, 3 dashes bitters. Stir over ice and garnish with an orange twist and cranberries.
• Cranberry Mimosa: A few dashes in orange or cranberry juice, topped with sparkling wine.
• Zero-proof: A few dashes in ginger ale, tonic or cranberry juice with a squeeze of lime.

In the kitchen: Add to cranberry muffin batter or orange scones, or stir 1 tsp into cranberry sauce.
