- Blueberry Mint Julep: 2 oz bourbon, ½ oz simple syrup, a few mint leaves and 3 dashes bitters over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and blueberries.
- Berry G&T: 2 oz gin, tonic water and 3 dashes bitters over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and blueberries.
- Zero-proof: A few dashes in soda water with lime, or in lemonade.
In the kitchen: Add 1 tsp to blueberry muffin batter or jam, or ¼ tsp to blueberry compote for pancakes.
