Flavour notes: Bright grapefruit, delicate lavender and a clean, floral finish.
Try it in:
- Lavender Paloma: 2 oz tequila, 3 oz grapefruit juice, ½ oz lime juice, ½ oz simple syrup, 3–4 dashes bitters. Build over ice and top with soda water.
- Lavender Gin Fizz: 2 oz gin, ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup, 4 dashes bitters. Shake, strain and top with soda water.
- Zero-proof: A few dashes in elderflower tonic or lemonade.
In the kitchen: Whisk 6 dashes into a honey vinaigrette, or add 1 tsp to shortbread dough.
