This Classic Aromatic Old Fashioned mix makes cocktails at home so easy! Stir this syrup mix into your favourite bourbon over ice and enjoy.
Flavour notes: Warm spice, subtle caramel, orange peel and just the right touch of bitterness.
Try it in:
- Classic Old Fashioned: 2 oz bourbon, ½ oz syrup. Stir with ice and garnish with orange peel and a cherry. For a crowd, mix about 6 oz syrup with a 750 ml bottle of bourbon.
- Maple Old Fashioned: 2 oz rye, ½ oz syrup, 1 tsp maple syrup. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange twist.
- Zero-proof: Top with soda water and a splash of orange juice, or stir into black tea.
In the kitchen: Stir 3 tbsp into barbecue sauce, or drizzle over vanilla ice cream or bread pudding.
