What's inside: A curated set of 1 oz Middleton's bitters chosen to complement dark spirits.
Try it in:
- Classic Old Fashioned: 2 oz bourbon, ¼ oz simple syrup, 3–4 dashes bitters. Stir over a large ice cube and garnish with orange peel.
- Manhattan: 2 oz rye, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes bitters. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
- Maple Whiskey Sour: 2 oz bourbon, ¾ oz lemon juice, ½ oz maple syrup, 2 dashes bitters. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice.
In the kitchen: A few dashes add depth to barbecue sauce, meat marinades, brownie batter or vanilla ice cream.
