COCKTAIL RECOMENDATION: SHERRY CANARY
- 1 oz simple syrup (50:50 = sugar:water)
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz fino sherry
- 1.5 oz Reid's Citrus Gin
shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass with ice - garnish with lemon peel or dehydrated citrus
